Scott Dusenbery has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Cashier at Piggly Wiggly Carolina in 2008. Scott then worked as a Janitorial Staff at Applebee's from 2012 to 2014, followed by a role as a Floor Associate at Walmart from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they began working as a Consumer Services Specialist at Aerotek, where they handled escalated consumer support contacts and provided technical support to individuals, leadership, and teams. In 2019, they moved to Insight Global as a Communications Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Support Specialist at Verasonics, where they oversee support by monitoring incoming support related communications, following up on and monitoring open support cases, and communicating with Verasonics staff and customers. Scott also serves as a Process Owner of Service Resource Documents and as a resource for customers on customer support requests and issues.
