Cathy Carew

Cathy Carew is the current Chief Organizational Effectiveness Officer at Verastem. Cathy has over twenty years of experience in human resources, including positions at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Dynogen Pharmaceuticals, and ActivBiotics. Carew began their career in HR at Tufts Health Plan, where they eventually became the HR Manager. Cathy has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts and a master's degree in human resources from Boston College.
