Lars Hartvig Kristiansen

Lars Hartvig Kristiansen is a seasoned executive in the fields of product innovation and corporate strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Product Innovation & Strategy at Molecular Devices since May 2025, while also being an Advisory Board Member at VERAVAS, Inc. Since September 2020. Previously, Lars held various senior roles at Agilent Technologies from May 2013 to May 2025, culminating in the position of General Manager for the Automation Solutions Business, where strategies were implemented to stabilize the business after challenges stemming from a decline in COVID testing. Lars's extensive experience includes orchestrating corporate strategies, M&A activities, and operational transformations across various key positions within Agilent and consulting roles at Accenture.
