In 2015, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Bentalls - A Fenwick Store. Monica then joined MediaCom in 2016 as an SEO Executive, where they worked until 2018. Monica W. later joined VERB Brands, a leading luxury digital marketing agency, in 2018. At VERB Brands, they initially worked as an SEO Senior Executive for three years before transitioning into the role of Account Manager in 2021.
