Kathleen Burggren

Kathleen Burggren has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent position is as the Director of Talent Strategy at Verbal Behavior Associates, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services, Inc.) from 2015 to 2021, holding various roles including Director of People Experience, Director of Recruiting and Onboarding, and Director of Recruiting. Their responsibilities in these roles included managing recruiting operations, implementing interviewing techniques, and optimizing processes to increase hiring efficiency.

Before joining ACES, Kathleen worked at the University of North Texas as a Development Officer from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on student affairs. Kathleen also gained experience in freelance writing as a Freelance Writer for The Brides of Oklahoma from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Fundraising Associate at A.L. Strategies from 2009 to 2010 and as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Mesa Arts Center in 2009.

Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated their abilities in strategic planning, process improvement, and team management. Kathleen has a strong background in talent acquisition and development, with a proven track record of implementing strategies to improve retention and increase operational efficiency.

Kathleen Burggren completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a focus on the History of Science from the University of Oklahoma, attending from 2005 to 2009. Kathleen then pursued further education at the University of North Texas, where they obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from 2010 to 2012.
