Luay Houri

Luay Houri serves as the Chief Technology Officer at AQAAR - Ajman Properties Corporation, leading IT initiatives such as the launch of a mobile application and E-Services portal since October 2022. As the Strategic Projects Director at Verbat Technologies since December 2017, Luay has managed multi-million-dollar projects across various sectors and countries, working closely with C-Level executives to drive digital transformation. In addition, Luay co-founded Oioon.com, a digital store for eyewear, and Spares4All.com, a platform connecting auto spare part dealers with customers in the UAE. Previous experience includes roles at Majid Al Futtaim, where Luay held the position of Digital & E-Commerce Products Manager and GCC Head of IT Operations, and Joud Company as Operations Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Kalamoon.
