Ihor Shykhov

Ihor Shykhov has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment, particularly in the IT sector. Ihor co-founded ITExpert in 2015, a recruitment company that specializes in providing software development and engineering professionals for companies such as Deloitte and Ring. Throughout their role as a Co-Founder, they prioritized fast and efficient recruitment processes without compromising quality.

In 2016, Ihor worked as a Recruiting Consultant for Ring Ukraine (Amazon), where they played a crucial role in hiring the main team for the Ukrainian R&D center. This effort resulted in Amazon's acquisition of Ring Ukraine in 2018 for $1 billion.

In 2019, Ihor joined Deloitte as a Recruiting Consultant, assisting the company in establishing an R&D center in Ukraine. Ihor continues to collaborate with Deloitte, conducting recruitment searches for IT developers, business analysts, and other IT specialists. Additionally, Ihor works with Deloitte in organizing hackathons for developers.

That same year, Ihor also became a Recruiting Consultant for Verbit.ai, a voice AI company that offers essential solutions to over 2,000 businesses and institutions. Verbit rapidly gained prominence, achieving a valuation of $2 billion and expanding its global presence since its founding in 2017.

Recently, in 2021, Ihor joined BNP Paribas as a Recruiting Consultant, utilizing their recruitment expertise to support the company in finding and hiring top talent.

Ihor Shykhov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economic Security from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' during the period of 2012 to 2016.
