Rofayda Badawey

Rofayda Badawey serves as an Arabic language tutor at UWC Maastricht since September 2021, focusing on the universal Language and Literature course for MYP 1 and MYP 2. Additionally, Rofayda has extensive experience as an online Arabic language tutor across multiple platforms, including LanguaTalk Inc. (since December 2022), Preply (since November 2022), italki (since May 2018), and Verbling (since October 2017), collectively conducting over 5,400 lessons with a perfect student rating of 5/5. Previous roles include full-time Arabic class teacher at Global English School from October 2018 to September 2020 and freelance translator and proofreader, ensuring clear and consistent Arabic text across various projects. Rofayda holds a Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language Certification from The American University in Cairo and a B.A. degree in Media and Mass Communications from Ain Shams University.
