Roniesha Copeland

Roniesha Copeland currently serves as the VP of Sales at v0Vercel, overseeing all pre-and post-sales functions since July 2025. Prior to this role, Copeland held several positions at Stripe from October 2020 to July 2025, including Head of Mid Market Sales, where responsibilities included building the AMER mid market sales organization, and serving as AMER Enterprise Sales Leader and Global Head of Banking as a Service Sales, which involved leading revenue and go-to-market strategies for Stripe's Issuing & Treasury business. Earlier experience includes leading the Enterprise Account Management team at Clever Inc. from May 2015 to February 2017, focusing on growth and retention for the top 150 school districts in the US, as well as foundational work with the largest K12 school systems. Copeland's background also includes a fellowship at the Los Angeles Unified School District and intergovernmental partnerships with the Office of Mayor Kevin Johnson. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, both obtained between September 2011 and May 2014.
