Louise Martin

As a Relationship Director, Louise is responsible for ensuring those of our investor clients outside of the Innisfree and John Laing groups receive the same high level of focus on their portfolio of projects. Louise has worked for HCP since 2002 in a number of roles and has a wide experience of both operational delivery and strategic service development. She ensures that HCP continues to grow by reflecting the key drivers and business objectives of our clients.

Prior to joining HCP Louise worked in the NHS for fifteen years, in both clinical and managerial roles. She has been a non-executive director on NHS Boards for more than fifteen years and is currently the Chair of a Prop Care company, a wholly owned subsidiary of an NHS Trust in the north west of England. This company is responsible for delivering a large hospital construction project in a major city centre location, as well as FM services in three operational sites, on behalf of its key client.
