Nicholas Arcelona

Nicholas Arcelona is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and mechanical design. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Design and DFM at Verdagy since October 2023, Nicholas previously held various engineering roles at Dexterity, Inc. and Bloom Energy, including Hardware Engineering Manager and Senior Staff Development Engineer. A notable early career included work as a Mechanical Design Engineer at BAE Systems, focused on critical military vehicle programs. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Santa Clara University, and possesses an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt Certification highlighting a commitment to quality and process improvement.
