Samantha Varela is a seasoned professional in sustainability and certifications, currently serving as Senior Certifications Manager at Verdani Partners since January 2022, where responsibilities also include Interim Certifications Department Head and New Development Committee Lead. Prior experience includes roles at SEQUIL Systems Inc. from May 2017 to January 2022, culminating as Director of Sustainability Services, along with other positions such as Business Development Associate and Sustainability Project Manager. Additional contributions include serving as a Committee Member for COTE AIA Palm Beach and Chairperson for the USGBC Heart of Florida Region. Samantha Varela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the University of Florida and a High School Diploma in Environmental Science from TERRA Environmental Research.
