Dale Rutherford

Dale Rutherford currently serves as the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Manager at Verdant Leisure Limited since May 2022, following a role as Agricultural Health and Safety Advisor at W. Punton & Sons from December 2020 to May 2022. Prior experience includes a distinguished career in the Royal Navy from June 2007 to October 2020, where Dale held multiple key roles, including Recovery Cell Divisional Officer, Executive Officer, Facilities Manager, Lead Fire Fighting and Damage Control Instructor, Building Manager, and Petty Officer in Underwater Warfare.
