Joseph Jakubowski

Joseph Jakubowski, P.E., LEED AP, currently serves as the Geotechnical Group Leader and Southern Delaware Department Leader at Verdantas since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions at Harvard Environmental, Inc. from August 2018 to January 2023 as Corporate Secretary and Operations/Project Manager, focusing on consulting services related to environmental assessments and project management. Joseph also contributed to the academic sphere as an instructor for the Professional Engineering Review Course in Civil Engineering at the University of Delaware from February 2008 to December 2018. Previous experience includes extensive work at Duffield Associates, where Joseph advanced from Construction Review Technician to Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Group Leader between 2000 and 2018. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
