Rory Kaip

Rory Kaip, GISP, serves as the Geospatial Systems Manager at Verdantas since November 2017, leading a team of GIS professionals in geospatial system development, management, and support. Prior roles at Verdantas include Staff Scientist III and II, where responsibilities encompassed managing projects, performing geospatial analysis, and assisting in the design and permitting of renewable energy projects. At Miami University, Rory held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant and contributed to various environmental and energy-related courses. Additional experience includes an internship in energy services, program direction at a scout camp, and solar panel installation. Rory holds a Master of Environmental Science from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College.
