Phil Jones

Philip Jones has a strong background in finance and has held various CFO roles throughout their career. Philip most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Verdi Commerce starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the CFO at Greenlight Networks from July 2019 to November 2021. From May 2009 to April 2019, they held the CFO position at Document Security Systems. Philip also has experience as the Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Document Security Systems, Inc. from June 2005 to May 2009, and as a Controller at American Fiber Systems from January 2000 to June 2005.

Philip Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from SUNY Geneseo from 1987 to 1991. Philip later pursued an MBA with a focus in Accounting at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1994.
