Andy Tewfik

Andy Tewfik has a varied work experience. Andy worked as the Director of Software at Verdi since 2021. Prior to that, in 2019, they founded Rusty Palette Software, where they developed an overlay for Rust (the game). From 2016 to 2019, Andy was a Student Member at SUB-C: UBC Human Powered Submarine Design Team. Andy also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Canadian Tire Corporation for a brief period in 2017. Before that, Andy served as a Referee for Hockey Canada from 2012 to 2017, where they prioritized fair play and resolving conflicts constructively. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Lead Software Developer/Webmaster at Oasis Orthodontics Edmonton. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, Andy was the Robotics Team Captain at Bellerose Composite Robotics Team.

Andy Tewfik pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Integrated Engineering from 2016 to 2021 at The University of British Columbia.
