Kenneth R. H. Jeppesen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kenneth R. H. started their career as a Management Consultant at Uni Team in 2002, where they worked until 2003. Following this, they joined NVE A.m.b.a. as an Executive Assistant from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, Kenneth joined SEAS-NVE, initially as the Head of Department for Strategy and Project Development, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's business and corporate strategies. Kenneth R. H. later became the Head of Budget & Controlling / Mergers & Acquisitions, handling budgeting, controlling, and leading several utility company acquisitions until 2009. Moving on, Kenneth served as the CFO at Verdo from 2010 onwards, holding a position on the Verdo-Group leadership team and serving as a board member across multiple companies within the group. Lastly, Kenneth has also had a notable role in the military, as they have been an Officer of the reserve in the Royal Danish Navy since 1992, currently serving as a Reserve Advisor for the Chief of Staff Royal Danish Navy and the second in command (XO) for the Navy Reserve.
Kenneth R. H. Jeppesen has a diverse educational background. In 1989, they attended Vesthimmerlands Gymnasium, where they pursued a matematisk student degree. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, they enrolled in the Reserveofficers Academy, focusing on basic military training and reserve academy studies. Subsequently, Jeppesen attended Aarhus University from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a degree in HA (BA) in Business Administration. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategy and Leadership from Aarhus University from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they also completed four courses in Strategy & Leadership at Oregon State University in 1999 and 2000. In 2009, Jeppesen furthered their education by attending Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they completed an MBA course specializing in Strategy. In 2018, they participated in an executive program offered by CBS Executive Fonden. Furthermore, in 2020, Jeppesen underwent boardmember training at Board Assure, obtaining a Board Certificate.
