Joas Dekker

Joas Dekker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and procurement. Currently serving as a Strategic Buyer at Verdouw Bouwproducten since November 2016, Joas previously held the position of Store Manager at Bouwmarkt Ypenburg BV from September 2012 to October 2016, where responsibilities included establishing a new Karwei Bouwmarkt in The Hague-Ypenburg and leading the team to success. Joas began a career at Karwei bouwmarkten for Stemar Holding from 2008 to August 2012, serving as Assistant Store Manager, which involved a comprehensive training period focusing on all operational processes. Joas holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2005 and 2009, and has continued education at Albeda College since 2003.
