Mckeen N Akwaja has extensive experience in the mental health and behavioral therapy fields, currently serving as a Therapist at Intercare Therapy, Inc. and a Behavioral Therapist at Verdugo Hills Autism Project since 2017. Prior roles include Mental Health Counselor for the County of Riverside since 2015 and Counselor at Phoenis House Academy since 2010. Mckeen N Akwaja has a solid foundation in individual and group counseling, treatment planning, and community service, with specific expertise in substance abuse counseling and family therapy. Educationally, Mckeen N Akwaja holds a degree in Psychology from Argosy University, earned between 2014 and 2016. Further experience includes a position as a Behavioral Therapist with Easter Seals Charlotte from January 2019 to January 2020.

We are committed to see that each child develops a sense of self-worth and to value their relationships with the significant people in their lives.
