Sammy Sanchez is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in community service, education, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Behavioral Therapist at the Verdugo Hills Autism Project since January 2023, Sammy also founded and directs the Annual Camden City Day of Service, which focuses on waste cleanup, community development, and enhancing public engagement in Camden, New Jersey. Previous roles include Education Specialist at the DC Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, Lead Coach of Curriculum and Instruction at CentroNia, and 2nd Grade Spanish Immersion Teacher at Mary Mcleod Bethune Day Academy Public Charter School. In the healthcare sector, Sammy worked as a Certified Nurses Aide and Home Health Aide, demonstrating a commitment to supporting clients with daily living activities. Sammy holds a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Stockton University.

We are committed to see that each child develops a sense of self-worth and to value their relationships with the significant people in their lives. Our team collaborates with parents to help them feel empowered and competent in guiding their child’s development. It is our goal to make measurable positive changes in the lives of our clients.
