Shelly Fowinkle is an accomplished leader in revenue cycle management with extensive experience in customer success and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at VerdureRCM, Shelly previously held the position of Senior Vice President of RCM Automation at BUDDI AI and served as Executive Director of Vendor Operation Excellence at Change Healthcare, where leadership of offshore operations and performance optimization were key responsibilities.
