Nick Hess has extensive experience in various roles within the technical and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Field Service Manager, Client Manager, and Technical Service Representative at Vereco Healthcare Solutions since June 2018, Nick has developed a strong foundation in field operations and client relations. Previous experience includes positions as a Computer Support Specialist at UHS from February 2015 to June 2018, and as a Correctional Officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice from October 2012 to February 2015. Nick's career began in customer service with roles at Best Buy and Albertsons, further showcasing versatility and adaptability across different industries. Education was completed at Computer Career Center, a division of Vista College.
