Tom Menard

Tom Menard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Veregy since October 2023, Tom focuses on enhancing Federal Solutions and Services through the implementation of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and other contracting vehicles. Prior to this role, Tom was the Business Development Director for Energy Resilience at Siemens Government Technologies from March 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating resources for infrastructure improvements. With a career beginning at Honeywell in 1989, Tom has held positions as Business Development Manager and Senior Account Manager, driving energy savings projects in both the Federal Government and Public Education markets. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
