Bernardo Bello's work experience is as follows:

- Head of Product at Veremark since July 2022. Bernardo is responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and execution of growth product initiatives. Bernardo uses data-driven insights to drive outcomes and advocates for product-led growth within the company.

- Lead Product Manager at Randstad Portugal from April 2020 to January 2022.

- Product Manager at Randstad Portugal from January 2019 to March 2020.

- Product Owner at Randstad Portugal from April 2017 to December 2018.

- Product Specialist at Bizdirect from January 2017 to April 2017.

- Consultant at Jason Associates from June 2013 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks including preparing key documents, managing projects, developing business strategies, and cofounding a digital referral platform. Bernardo also managed product and sales channels and led a team.

Bernardo Bello's education history begins in 2007 when they attended ESSS - Escola Secundária Sebastião e Silva, where they obtained a degree in Ensino Secundário with a field of study in Ciências Socioconómicas. Bernardo then went on to ISCTE Business School (IBS) from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Licentiate degree in Management. In 2012 and 2013, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Saint Joseph, focusing on Management. Bernardo continued their education at Católica-Lisbon | Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2014 to 2016, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and a minor in Innovation.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Bernardo has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they received the First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge English. Later, in 2021, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2023, Bernardo acquired the Product-Led Growth Fundamentals Certification from ProductLed.
