Abigail Norville currently serves as the Deputy Secretary-General at the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Sport since October 2019. In addition to this role, Abigail holds positions as a societal member at the Royal Holland Society of Sciences, an advisory board member at the Rembrandt Association, and the Chair of the Supervisory Board at Omroep ZWART and UN1EK education and childcare. Abigail has also contributed as a member of the Supervisory Board at Theater Hofplein. Previous experience includes serving as a director of HR, communication, and legal affairs at the Municipality of Rotterdam, and as a board member at ABEUR, where networks among alumni were fostered. Abigail has held various leadership roles in organizations, including as a director at SSC Flex and Multiemployment. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Abigail is currently pursuing further education at the Dutch School for Public Administration.

De Vereniging Rembrandt geeft Nederlandse musea al sinds 1883 onmisbare steun bij de aankoop van topkunst, zodat iedereen in Nederland daar blijvend van kan genieten. Ook helpt zij bij restauraties en onderzoek. Zij kan dit werk doen dankzij de vrijgevigheid en betrokkenheid van haar ruim 17.500 leden. Daar krijgen ze ook iets voor terug: vrije toegang tot meer dan 125 musea in Nederland, drie keer per jaar een inspirerend kunstmagazine en uitnodigingen voor kunstevenementen. De Vereniging Rembrandt is onafhankelijk, overkoepelend en beschikt over brede expertise.
