Karla Ginter

Karla is the VP of Finance at Verge. After earning her CPA, CA designation, and a spot on the Dzurko Honor Roll, she spent several years working in public practice reviewing corporate year-ends and tax returns for a variety of different companies, as well as mentoring students and junior staff.

Karla plays a key role at Verge; overseeing the tax and audit contracts, and managing all accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, budgeting, and finance roles for the organization.
