Nolan Paul

Nolan Paul has a wealth of work experience in the agtech industry. In 2014, they began as the Head of R&D Strategy & Emerging Technology at Driscoll's, where they established and led the open innovation efforts and was responsible for technology strategy and scouting, due diligence, deal structuring, and ongoing management of the AgTech portfolio. In 2018, they became a Partner at Yamaha Motor Ventures, where they are currently leading the global Food and AgTech investments. Nolan has also served as a Board Director for ARPAC Drones (2022), Verge Agriculture (2021), Strella Biotechnology (2020), The Yield (2020), and advanced.farm (2019). Additionally, they have been a Board Observer for Soft Robotics Inc. (2020), Robotics Plus Ltd (2019), and Invert Robotics (2019).

Nolan Paul obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Economics (Major) and Accounting (Minor) from the University of California, Los Angeles. In September 2019, they obtained a certification from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law through VC University.
