Tom Gruszowski

Tom Gruszowski has been working in the software development industry since 1999. Tom began their career as a Software Developer Consultant at NueDream, followed by a Web Developer role at Utilitran in 2003. In 2005, they worked as a Software Developer at Vantis/TravelCLICK, and then as a Sr. Software Developer at Right90 in 2006. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Sr. Software Developer at Acclaimware, Markit, and Shaw Communications. In 2014, they joined Bennett Jones LLP as a Sr. Software Developer. In 2018, they became the Software Development Manager at Rocky Mountain Equipment, and then the Director of Software Development at Verge, where they are currently employed. Tom is responsible for leading software development efforts, as well as defining executive strategy and product direction. Tom is also in charge of hiring and learning initiatives.

Tom Gruszowski attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Computer Systems Technology with Honors.
