Dustin Odom

Dustin Odom is the VP, Finance & Accounting at Verge Mobile LLC. Dustin has over 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles. Dustin started their career as a finance analyst at BG Group in 2010. Dustin was promoted to various progressive roles within the company and eventually became the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Clearly Petroleum, LLC in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for all forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis activities and decision-making support across the entire company. Hecoordinated with key finance and operational stakeholders to develop financial models and metrics, business plans, and presentation and reporting packages. In 2016, they joined Alert Logic as the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting, planning and analysis for a rapidly growing, privately held, industry-leading, cloud-based security provider while providing oversight and direction for financial systems and controls, best practice implementation, and development and execution of various strategic initiatives. Dustin was recognized for building a value-added finance department through successful business partnership, financial transparency, and delivery of critical insight and analytical support directly to chief executives. Dustin joined Verge Mobile LLC as the VP, Finance & Accounting in 2018.

Dustin Odom has a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Dustin also has a certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in CPA.
