Rich Winter

Rich Winter is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in creative direction and marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Vergent LMS since June 2022, Rich also owns and operates Verve Creative, a marketing and design agency established in May 2017, which specializes in branding, advertising, and digital management services. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Communications at The Mississippi Bar, Publisher and Owner of Verve Magazine, and Creative Director positions at Marketing Alliance, Inc. and Hederman Brothers. Rich’s early career included roles at Messenger Software and Bice Advertising Inc., as well as serving as an Instructional Technology Specialist at The University of Southern Mississippi. Rich holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Communications from The University of Kansas and furthered education at Washburn University.
