Skylar Etheridge

Skylar Etheridge has a diverse work experience in different industries. In 2013, they started their career as a Psychiatric Technician at Sharkey Issaqena Community Hospital, where they assisted psychologists and doctors on the Psych Ward floor, charted patient progress, and handled billing and filing in the Insurance Department. Skylar was promoted to Insurance Claims before transitioning into management.

In 2015, Skylar joined Tower Loan as a Branch Manager and later transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Analyst in the home office. In this role, they worked on transitioning and merging systems, conducted functional and regression testing, and trained in other departments to ensure compliance with departmental standards.

Since 2019, Skylar has been working at Vergent LMS as a Software QA Analyst. Skylar'sresponsibilities include functional and regression testing, working alongside business analysts, and ensuring the quality of released products to avoid issues in production.
