Laura Rinkus

Laura Rinkus has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Technical Services member at Epic from June 2015 to June 2016. Laura then transitioned to Kimberly-Clark as a Product Development Engineer from July 2016 to July 2017. Following that, they joined Handshake, where they held various positions, including Customer Success Manager from July 2017 to April 2019, Operations & Enablement Lead from April 2019 to December 2020, and Head of Education Operations & Enablement from December 2020 to December 2021. Laura then worked at Signal Advisors as the Director of Growth & Revenue Operations from December 2021 to January 2023 and later as the VP of Data & Revenue Operations from January 2023 to May 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations at VergeSense starting from May 2023.

Laura Rinkus completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program in Biomedical Engineering at The University of Auckland in 2011. Laura also holds certifications as a Medical First Responder from the State of Michigan Department of Community Health, obtained in September 2012, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, obtained in September 2008.
