Donna Phillips

Donna Phillips is an experienced data analytics professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Analytics at Verian Group since May 2025 and Chair of the RSS AI Task Force since June 2024. Previously, Phillips held the position of Head of Strategic Analysis at the UK Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner from October 2024 to May 2025, and Senior Director of Population Studies at Verian Group from November 2022 to October 2024. Additional roles include Head of Research at the Children's Commissioner for England, Head of Statistics at Ofcom, and Senior Data Analyst at RM. Phillips began as a Senior Statistical Officer at HM Revenue & Customs and has a robust educational background with an MSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology from London South Bank University.
