James Son has a diverse work experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking. James worked as a Vice President of Corporate Development at Vericast since 2016. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) from 2011 to 2016, where they successfully managed various high-value transactions. James Son received their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Technology Management from Georgetown University between 1998 and 2002. James then pursued an MBA degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School from 2009 to 2011.
