Hilary Luderer has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Hilary recently held the position of Senior Director, Clinical Development at Vericel Corporation starting from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Pear Therapeutics, where they held multiple roles, including Executive Director Translational and Clinical Research, Senior Director of Translational and Clinical Research, Director of Translational and Clinical Research, Director of Clinical Operations, and Director of Grants. Hilary was responsible for leading various projects and teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and developing analytical methods for real-world datasets.
Before joining Pear Therapeutics, Hilary worked as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Agios Pharmaceuticals, a Contract Editor at AJE - American Journal Experts, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University. Hilary also served as an Instructor at Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School and as a Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Hilary's early career includes positions at Genzyme as a Research Associate and Research Assistant, where they utilized robotics applications for high-throughput purification and sequencing of DNA. Hilary also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Medical School. Throughout their career, Hilary has made significant contributions to scientific research and has shown expertise in clinical development and translational research.
Hilary Luderer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Michigan in 1996. Hilary then pursued a PhD in Molecular Cell Biology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, which they completed in 2007.
