Jennifer Fisher

Jennifer Fisher has a work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jennifer started their career as a Technician at Flextronics in 2008. During this time, they provided customer support, sold accessories, programmed, troubleshooted, and tested cell phones and equipment, and educated customers on their proper use. In 2011, they joined Vericel Corporation as a Senior Customer Care Representative, where they provided optimal customer service, conducted activities in accordance with regulatory requirements, and demonstrated an understanding of cGMPs. Jennifer later transitioned to the role of QA Compliance Specialist and then became the Quality Assurance Lead in March 2022.

Jennifer Fisher attended Tougaloo College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from ASQ - World Headquarters, Lean Essentials from ASQ - World Headquarters, and various professional development courses from LinkedIn.
