Christian Guerrero

Christian Guerrero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christian is currently employed as a Project Manager at Vericon Construction Company since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at K-Four Construction Corp. from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for estimation activities, scheduling, and budget adherence for construction projects.

From 2017 to 2020, Christian held various roles at Sprout LLC (dba Build Sprout), including President and Vice President. As President, they oversaw the overall operations of a commercial contracting business in NYC. Their responsibilities included managing administrators and project superintendents, maintaining relationships with owners and subcontractors, and handling business development functions such as lead generation and contract negotiation.

Christian's earlier experience includes co-founding and holding various leadership roles at Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School from 2009 to 2017. Before that, they served as the Founding Program Director at Hartford Youth Scholars from 2007 to 2010, where they directed a college success program and managed staff and program budgets.

Christian's career started at CitiVision in 2005, where they worked as a Program Director and Recruitment Officer for the organization's basketball camp. Their responsibilities included recruiting and equipping staff, supervising coaching and counseling techniques, and scheduling speakers and entertainment for the camp.

Christian Guerrero attended the College of Mount Saint Vincent from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Before that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Eastern University and also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. In 2015, Christian started pursuing a Masters in Executive Leadership at Liberty University but has not yet completed the program as they are two courses short.
