Matthew Kapuscinski

Matthew Kapuscinski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matthew started their career as a Business Solutions Intern at Roche, where they researched and analyzed the cost and implementation impact of a new sales technology. Matthew presented their findings to senior management.

After that, Matthew worked as a research intern and editor of the "Nuclear News" newsletter at Partnership for Global Security. Matthew conducted research, compiled and edited the newsletter, and attended conferences on nonproliferation topics.

Then, Matthew joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a consultant in strategic planning. Matthew worked on projects for the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program, developing strategies and implementing new metrics to analyze program data. Matthew also collaborated on a white paper analyzing missile proliferation between India and Pakistan and provided support to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Department of Energy (DOE) clients.

Following their time at Booz Allen Hamilton, Matthew became a self-employed independent consultant, providing freelance consulting services to small, local businesses. Their initiatives included analyzing operations, increasing productivity, reducing overhead, and directing capital investments.

Currently, Matthew is employed at Vericon Construction Company, where they have held the roles of Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Further details about their roles and contributions in these positions are not provided.
