Thaisha Nicolas

Thaisha Nicolas has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Thaisha is currently serving as a Project Manager at Vericon Construction Company since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Americon Hitt, a division of HITT Contracting Inc., from March 2020 to May 2022. Thaisha also gained valuable experience as a Senior Account Manager at Dynamic Resources from July 2012 to March 2020, where they managed various project phases and built strategic relationships with clients. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Pilaster Inc. from May 2011 to July 2012 and at Walter C. Maffei, Architects from July 2009 to December 2010. Thaisha started their career as an Intern-Project Architect at Corporate Design of America from December 2005 to September 2008, where they developed skills in various aspects of architecture and construction documentation.

Thaisha Nicolas began their education journey in 2003 at The City College of New York, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Thaisha remained at the institution until 2008, acquiring a solid foundation in their field of study.

In 2011, Thaisha enrolled in New York University to further enhance their knowledge in the construction industry. Thaisha pursued a Master's degree in Construction Management, which they successfully completed in 2013. This program provided their with specialized expertise in managing construction projects.

To expand their skill set and stay updated with industry practices, Thaisha obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies in March 2020. These certifications include Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety). These certifications demonstrate their proficiency in utilizing Procore's project management tools and their commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in their work.
