Eduardo Ramirez

Eduardo Ramirez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Eduardo is currently working at Veridas as a Customer Success Engineer since June 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at Huawei as a RAN Back Office Engineer, where they were involved in UMTS and LTE Network Deployments, Huawei CME, U2000, and RAN Networks installation supervision.

Before Huawei, Eduardo worked at Telrad Networks from 2013 to 2020 as a 4G-LTE RF and Pre Sales Engineer. In this role, they gained experience in North America and LATAM TAC, RF design, troubleshooting, managing escalations, and pre-sales for the telecommunications industry.

From 2003 to 2013, Eduardo worked at Alvarion Technologies as an RF Network Planning Engineer. Here, they were responsible for RF design, link budgets, RF propagation, pre-sale, and post-sale coverage/capacity optimization for PmP and PtP technologies.

Prior to Alvarion Technologies, Eduardo worked at ECI de México S.A. de C.V. from 2000 to 2003. Eduardo served as a Project Leader, managing nationwide delivery for a multiplexers project for Telmex and providing support for switches project deployment and acceptance tests.

Eduardo's career journey began at TeleTech in 1999, where they worked as a Project Leader in the Credit and Collection project for DirecTV and as a Supervisor in a TAC for USA and LATAM for Motorola.

Throughout their career, Eduardo has gained a wide range of experiences in customer success, network deployments, RF design, troubleshooting, pre-sales, project management, and team leadership.
