Prior to this role, Rachael was a Professional Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems, and has a solid background in education, having worked as an After School Literacy Instructor at UrbanPromise Charlotte, a 4th Grade Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and a 2nd Grade Teacher at Duval County Public Schools.
