Lilit Stepanyan

Lilit Stepanyan is an experienced professional in capacity planning and verification, currently serving as the Capacity Planning and Scheduling Team Lead at Veriff since April 2019, with a progression of roles including Senior Verification Team Lead, Verification Team Lead, and Verification Specialist. Prior to Veriff, Lilit held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at Ameriabank CJSC from September 2012 to January 2018. Lilit has a strong academic background, holding a Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Tartu, complemented by a study abroad semester at Brno University of Technology and a certificate from Lehigh University in Global Village for future leaders in business and industry. Additionally, Lilit earned a Master of Arts in International Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics.
