Raul Liive

Raul Liive has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Raul has held positions in various companies such as Veriff, Lingvist, Better Life OÜ, Microsoft, Skype, Kiss Media OÜ, and Beesting AS.

At Veriff, Raul worked as the Head of Product - Verticals, overseeing product development. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Product Manager and a Product Owner, responsible for building and delivering the best online identity verification experience.

Raul also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Lingvist, where they focused on monetization, user acquisition, and analytics for Android and web applications. Raul also worked on GDPR compliance and data security.

As the Co-founder and CEO of Better Life OÜ, Raul developed a web-based service promoting healthy habits. This service offered personalized nutrition plans, shopping lists, training plans, and general healthy living advice.

During their time at Microsoft, Raul served as a Beta Program Manager of the Skype Division. Raul ran external Beta Programs and managed vendor relationships for Skype's unreleased products.

At Skype, Raul worked as a Beta Program Manager, responsible for running the global Closed Beta Program. Raul also wrote technical blogs about new product releases and managed Skype's test outsourcing.

At Kiss Media OÜ, Raul was a Project Manager, handling advertising and marketing for Estonia's first small cable TV channel.

Early in their career, Raul worked as an IT Specialist at Beesting AS, where they dealt with computer software and hardware issues, customer communication, and building new computers.

Overall, Raul Liive has gained extensive experience in product management, project management, and entrepreneurship across different industries.

Raul Liive completed their education at the University of Tartu, earning a Master of Arts degree in Design and Development of Virtual Environments from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, where they obtained a BA in Public Administration from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, Raul Liive holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2012 and February 2010, respectively.
