Amedeo D'Angelo

Amedeo D'Angelo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and security sectors. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Verimatrix since September 2015 and also holding key positions such as Member of the Supervisory Board at Verifone and Board Member at Lutech, Amedeo has demonstrated leadership in strategic management and corporate governance. As President and CEO of INSIDE Secure, Amedeo has been instrumental in advancing software and silicon IP security solutions. Previously, as Chairman of the Board at Linxens, Amedeo played a critical role in defining company strategy and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Amedeo has held significant positions at major firms including Samsung Electronics as Vice President, Ingenico Group as CEO, and Oberthur Technologies as Chief Operating Officer, where impactful market consolidations and growth initiatives were implemented. Amedeo holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano.
