Channa Gowda

Channa Gowda has extensive experience in engineering and management roles at Verifone, spanning from 1997 to the present. Currently serving as Director of Petro Cloud Solutions, Channa oversees the engineering portfolio of networking products, managing product roadmaps and vendor relations while leading custom software development projects. Previously, positions included Principal System Architect and System Architect, with responsibilities such as system design, engineering team management, and PCI product certification. Channa's career also includes significant contributions to developing Verifone's Remote Key Loading solutions and introducing the Linux-based cash register Topaz. Channa holds an MBA in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
