Kathleen Boyle has a diverse work experience ranging from their role as Chair & CEO at Verify to their previous positions at Vendor Surveillance Corporation. At Verify, they held various leadership roles, including President, Vice President of Quality & Compliance, Director of Operations, Director of Customer Satisfaction, and Director of Business Development. Prior to Verify, Kathleen worked at Vendor Surveillance Corporation as Manager of International Resources, Eastern Regional Manager, and Project Leader. Their experience spans over two decades, with a focus on leadership, operations, customer satisfaction, and business development.

Kathleen Boyle holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History & Political Science from UCLA. Kathleen also completed an MBA program at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Currently, they are enrolled in the Virtual Director Professionalism® Program at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), with an expected completion in 2023. Prior to their higher education, Kathleen attended Santa Margarita Catholic High School.
