Vanessa Cooper

Vanessa Cooper has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Vanessa started their career as a Verification Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor in 2000, where they worked until 2006. Following that, they joined Cadence Design Systems as a Lead Applications Engineer, where they worked for five years, from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Verilab, initially working as a Principal Verification Consultant for six years, before being promoted to Vice President in 2017, a role which they currently hold.

Vanessa Cooper's education history starts with their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering, which they pursued from 1995 to 2000 at Mississippi State University. Afterward, they attended LeTourneau University from 2001 to 2003, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing. Moving forward, from 2013 to 2015, Vanessa pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from Columbus State University. Lastly, they enrolled in Nova Southeastern University in 2021 and is expected to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science by 2025.
