Jeannette Cook

Jeannette Cook, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at Verily since July 2022, Jeannette previously held the position of Head of People Operations at Onduo, a Verily company, where significant achievements included recruiting a full Commercial team that resulted in a 250% headcount increase prior to a product launch. Jeannette's prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Aclaris Therapeutics, where Jeannette designed comprehensive HR programs and co-chaired the COVID-19 Task Force. Earlier experiences include HR management at Connection and Accenture, where Jeannette implemented process improvements and provided strategic HR support. Jeannette holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University and completed a Professional HR Management Certification at Villanova University.
