Ruth McGuire

Ruth McGuire currently serves as Lab Services Manager at Verily since July 2019, following a tenure as Science Lab Manager also at Verily from January 2019 to July 2019. Prior to these roles, Ruth was self-employed as a Private Tutor from January 2011 to May 2019 and worked as a Clinical Lab Assistant at Counsyl from January 2017 to November 2018. Ruth's teaching experience includes a position as a Teacher at Fusion Academy, specializing in Chemistry, Biology, Geometry, and Algebra II from October 2015 to January 2017, and serving on the After School Program Staff at Sunny Brae Middle School in 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at Fly on the Wall Art School from January 2006 to August 2010. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Humboldt State University, attended Skyline College from 2009 to 2012, and has garnered extensive experience in both educational and laboratory settings.
